One of the original Pearl Beach homes that has been recently renovated provides original character and charm with contemporary and modern details throughout, creating a welcoming and homely feel.

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.
